The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the State Trooper involved in a fatal shooting incident early Sunday, September 1st, 2013.
Trooper Sheldon Robinson, 45, is a veteran of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol with over 16 years of service. He has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation.
The deceased subject is identified as Michael Troy Swatosh, 25, of Tulsa, Ok.
