Around 8pm Wednesday evening, an Owasso Police officer attempted to make a traffic stop with a vehicle near 800 N Elm when the vehicle fled.
The officer pursued the vehicle until it crashed near the bridge at 76th and 169. The driver and passenger fled on foot. The passenger (Colby Whitfield age 21) was arrested but officers were unable to locate the driver.
