Officer Andy Eubanks: Andy hails from Tulsa and is a graduate of Jenks High School. Andy attended a local college and has a degree in Criminal Justice. He also served 2 full tours in the United States Marine Corps including 2 combat deployments to Iraq. Andy is a current resident of Owasso, along with his wife Tara and his young son Chase. Andy has served as a patrol officer in the City of Coweta for the past 3 years and brings that experience to Owasso.

Officer Alfred Bell: Officer Bell graduated state CLEET police academy April 18, 2014 and immediately began field training within the Owasso Police Department.
