At the September 12, 2016 Owasso Chapter meeting, Regent Linda Ward introduced speaker Becky Bowles who spoke about U. S, National Parks, Conservation, and Volunteerism. New member Teresa Morris was inducted by Membership Chairman Melinda Braslasvsky assisted by Chaplain Pat Tuzzolino, and Regent Linda Ward.
Highlight of the meeting was the presentation of the Vietnam War pin to Jerry Cornelius for his service to the United States. This was presented to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War.
