Take a break from the grip of winter and transport yourself to blue skies filled with white billowy clouds to experience your Caribbean Dreams. Owasso Community Resources invites you to join us for this tropical experience and raise support for emergency assistance programs for families in Owasso and Collinsville from 6-9 pm on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Bailey Education Foundation.
Relax in a chair along the beach, partake of flavorful island punch and whisk your cares away. Our evening will be filled with fun and frivolity.
Caribbean food and tasty island drinks will be served along with special music from Pantini, an Island Steel Band duo led by Chris Harris and John Ford.
Our event Co-Chairs Shelly Waters and Tricia Miller are very excited about this year’s event. Special activities are planned for a memorable evening; you will not want to miss this exciting night of island fun! Find your tropical shirt, sundress, sandals, sunglasses and prepare to feel the cool ocean breeze.
There will be live and silent auctions throughout the evening.
Owasso Community Resources is serving more and more families in need. In 2015, our food outreach distributed food that helped more than 24,000 individuals. We served more than 10,000 families. Our Job Center helped 101 people secure new jobs. We are dedicated to helping Owasso and surrounding area residents in need. Without your support by purchasing a ticket or sponsoring a table, OCR would not be able to help these families.
