10/10/2017 – OCR’s registration for Thanksgiving Food Baskets and Christmas Giving Tree Assistance is Oct. 9-19th at OCR. Families will be registered according to the first letter of their last name. PLEASE bring ALL documents to be registered: Photo ID, Proof of residency (i.e. utility bill with your name on it), Birth certificate/Court documents if you are a guardian (for all children you want to register for Christmas program), and Proof of income within the household (pay stub, SNAP card, Social Security or Disability award letter.
ALL documents must be presented to complete registration.
Registration Days & Times
Mondays: Families with names ending A – E from 11 am to 1:30 pm
Tuesdays: Families with names ending F – K – 11 am to 1:30 p.
Wednesdays: Families with names ending L – R – 11 am to 1:30 pm
Thursdays: Families with names ending S – Z – 2 to 4:30 pm
