04/04/2019 – Owasso Gathering on Main delayed the first event of their sixth season to May, to coincide with the opening of the new City of Owasso Redbud Festival Park. They learned earlier this week of additional park delays, but the show must go on.
Despite dodging area construction, on May 2nd, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM vendors, entertainment, as well as thousands of visitors, will once again line Owasso’s Main Street for the popular street fair. With only five events scheduled this year, they plan on adding a little extra fun at each event.
The multi award-winning Country Music Band Ricochet will be kicking off the Gatherings first event of the season. The band has enjoyed several top-ten hits, including the gold single “Daddy’s Money.”
As is at each event, a large kids’ zone will entertain the kiddos with (free) bounce houses and activities planned.
Twenty Food Trucks, as well as 100+ Vendors, will also be lining the four-block area of Main.
This year’s events are on the following Thursday’s: May 2, June 6, August 1, September 5 and October 3. Each event is from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
