Owasso Lady Rams Beat Claremore 2-1 Tuesday
Sophomore Gracie Pate scores off an assist from Shelby Gibbs to take a 2-1 lead.
03/07/2018 – Last nights game was evenly matched between Owasso Lady Rams and the Lady Zebras of Claremore.
The Zebras got on the board early when they scored about 2 minutes into the game. Rams answered back very quickly when Shelby Gibbs scored on a free kick about 25 yards out at the 14 minute mark.
The Lady Rams missed several close chances and the game was tied 1-1 going into halftime.
About four minutes into the second half, Sophomore Gracie Pate scores off an assist from Shelby Gibbs to take a 2-1 lead.
The game was back and forth but the Lady Rams were able to hang on for the 2-1 win .
The Rams are currently 2-0 and will travel to Bentonville for a contest on Friday night.
