03/16/2018 -Diabetes Education and Empowerment Program (DEEP): Wednesdays, March 28; April 4, 11, 18, 25; and May 2 at 2:00-3:30 p.m. This fun, interactive six-part series is designed for people with diabetes or those caring for someone with diabetes. This class is open to individuals who are pre-diabetic, have been diagnosed with diabetes, or think they may have it and family and caregivers. Topics include risk factors, complications, nutrition, physical activity, use of a glucose meter, working with a diabetes care team and accessing community resources.

- Have fun learning in a small group through games, activities, and support conversations
Presented by the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative. This class includes 6 sessions on Wednesdays from 2-3:30 pm, starting March 28th. Registration is required.
