Incident Description: Vehicle-1, a 2022 Subaru WRX, was traveling westbound on a county road at a high rate of speed. The driver, Jacob Payne, failed to stop at a stop sign, causing the vehicle to depart the roadway to the right. Subsequently, Vehicle-1 struck a tree before continuing and colliding with a culvert. The impact resulted in the vehicle rolling over twice.
