Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a fatality collision occurred 8-2-15 at approximately 4:50pm on Cameron Street approximately 1/10th of a mile west of 72nd West Avenue, one mile west of Tulsa, OK in Tulsa County.
Ted Gaffney 28 of Owasso was driving a 2015 Harley Davidson and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gaffney was eastbound on Cameron Street and failed to negotiate a curve, departed the roadway to the right and impacted a ditch being thrown 98 feet from his vehicle.
The report states the condition of the driver was apparently normal and the accident was caused by unsafe speed on curve.
