Oklahoma Highway Patrol is reporting an injury collision occurred at 9:24pm Sunday, June 7, 2015 on county road north south 4160 and east west 600 in Rogers County.
A 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle was being driven by John Christopher Booth, 51 years old of Owasso. Booth was admitted to St. Francis in Tulsa in critical condition with head, arm, trunk, leg, and internal injuries.
The report states that Booth’s motorcycle was southbound on county road 4160, failed to negotiate a curve, then departed the roadway right and struck the ground.
The OHP report states the cause of the accident was driving under the influence.
