A fatality collision occurred at 8:42AM this morning on 116th Street North at 171st E Ave, one mile east of Owasso, Okla. in Rogers County.
A 2006 Dodge Stratus 4-door was being driven by Hunter O’Dell Nesvold age-20 of Owasso Eastbound on SH20 when his vehicle crossed into Westbound traffic for an unknown reason, striking 2006 Ford Pickup, driven by Kevin Lee Wood age-53 of Collinsville.
Nesvold was pinned approximately 45 minutes and pronounced dead at the scene. Wood was pinned approximately 10 minutes and transported by Owasso Fire to St John Hospital in Tulsa where he was admitted with head, internal and leg injuries. He was reported in stable condition.. Both drivers were extricated by Owasso Fire using the “Jaws of Life.”
