3/28/2018 LANGLEY, OK – The Grand River Dam Authority Police Department has released the name of the person who died following a vehicle rollover accident below the Pensacola Dam spillways on Saturday, March 24, near Disney.
According to GRDA Police, Charles Pruitt, 57, of Owasso, died as a result of the accident that occurred when the Jeep he was riding in went off the side of an off-road trail and rolled completely, coming to rest upright. Pruitt was ejected from the front passenger seat of the vehicle went it rolled.
Ethan Pruitt, 33, of Owasso, who was riding in the back seat of the vehicle, refused treatment at the scene and was transported by private vehicle to a local hospital. The driver of the vehicle, Logan Pruitt, 26, also of Owasso, was not injured.
The GRDA Police Department is continuing its investigation into the accident.
