07/28/2018 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a fatality collision occurred on Saturday, July 28th at approximately 6:00am on 193rd East Avenue at 69th Street North, approximately 3.5 miles north of Catoosa, in Rogers County.

A 2005 Ford Escape, driven by Matthew Darrough, age 25 of Owasso departed roadway to the right, overcorrected and entered into a yaw.  He then departed the roadway to the left and struck a large boulder, overturning two times.  Darrough was ejected 90 feet from area of rest.  He was pronounced deceased by Owasso EMS from head, trunk external ,trunk internal, arm and leg injuries.
