A 2007 Chevrolet Uplander van driven by Justin Packett, 25 of Owasso was northbound on Mingo Road near 66th Street North just after 4am, when he went left of center striking a southbound 2002 Dodge Ram Pick-up. He was transported by Owasso EMS to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa and was admitted for trunk, internal and leg injuries. He is listed in stable condition.The pickup was driven by Carl Byrd, 54 of Owasso who was transported by Owasso EMS to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa; admitted for trunk, internal and leg injuries. He is listed in stable condition. Mr Byrds truck departed the roadway after being hit.
Seatbelts were equipped and in use in both vehicles.
