Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that an injury collison occurred Saturday, April 4 at 2:02PM, on 86th Street North above Highway 75 just west of the Owasso City Limits.
John Thomas Evans, 58 of Tulsa was westbound on 86th Street North behind a 2004 Harley Davidson Motorcycle driven by Cole Wayne Beck, 28 of Owasso. When Beck’s motorcyle slowed to turn on the Northbound HWY 75 entrance ramp he was hit from behind by Evans.
Beck was taken to St John Hospital in Tulsa and was admitted in stable condition with head and leg injures. Evans was not injured.
According to the OHP report, Evans driving was impared due to drinking.
