03/08/2018 – Congratulations to Owasso Police Sgt Mike Barnes and Officers’ Keith Hibbert, Keith Trujillo, Adam Harmon, Nick Pappe and Laura Lehner.Each received Top Cop Awards for their individual efforts in the areas of occupant restraint enforcement and general traffic safety enforcement.
They, along with officers, deputies, troopers and agents from across the state were awarded at today’s ceremony held at the Owasso Campus of the Tulsa Technology Center.
The Buckledown Awards grew from a small local traffic safety recognition program to the largest law enforcement recognition program in the state of Oklahoma. Each year local, state, and federal officials gather to recognize officers, deputies, and troopers from throughout the state for their exceptional traffic safety enforcement and prevention efforts.
