Matt Sprinkler and Skylar Birdsall
On Saturday, August 8, 2015 Matt Sprinkler and Skylar Birdsall who train at Owasso 180 Fitness Center at Crossfit Lithos, traveled to Dallas to compete at the Crossfit World War Fit in the Advanced Team competition.
The two competed against 24 other advanced teams in the southwest region and at the end of the day took home first place.
