On December 24th at 12:05 AM, Owasso officers were dispatched to the area of 7800 North 142nd East Avenue in reference to a possible vehicle burglary in the driveway of a residence.
Witnesses observed a group of males burglarizing a black Honda parked at a residence with one of the males running from the vehicle carrying a bag/purse. The males then reportedly got into a maroon pickup truck and fled the scene. The owner of the Honda reported that a bag had been stolen from her car, which contained over $400 in cash, loose change, and a euro coin.
Officers located the vehicle driving westbound on East 76th Streed North in the 11500 block and conducted a traffic stop near 8100 North Owasso Expressway.
Upon approaching the vehicle, officers observed two males in the front of the truck and two males hiding in the bed of the truck, partially covered by a bed cover. Officers also observed a black revolver in the bed of the truck and a woman’s purse in the floorboard inside the cab. The occupants were detained pending the investigation into the reported burglary. The driver was identified as Sean Schreve, the front seat passenger was identified as Justus Beach and the two suspects in the bed of the truck were identified as Montre Carroll and a seventeen-year-old juvenile male. Inside Beach’s pockets, officers located $417 in cash, numerous loose coins, and a .50 Euro coin.
