08/14/2018 – Overnight, Owasso Police were dispatched to a reported theft in progress.
The victims reported that they were awakened by noise outside their residence and looked out to see someone stealing their trailer and ATV’s.
Within minutes, Owasso officers located a pickup towing the trailer loaded with ATV’s just a few blocks of the victim’s residence.
Officers conducted a felony stop of the vehicle, making contact with driver Jamie Pilon Jr. and passenger Joshua Fulmer.
Jamie Allen Pilon Jr. age 29 of Tulsa was charged with: Conspiracy, Obstructing, Possession of Burglary Tools, Grand Larceny, Expired DL, Insurance Violation
Joshua Chance Fulmer, age 28 of Tulsa was charged with: Conspiracy, Obstruction, Possession of Burglary Tools, Grand Larceny.
