The Owasso Police Department is seeking help in identifying the individuals shown in recent images.
The male pictured is suspected in an alleged assault and battery incident that took place in the parking lot of a local retail center. Known to frequently panhandle near retail centers around Owasso—sometimes seen playing an instrument—he has not returned to the area since the incident.
A female was reportedly with him at the time of the alleged assault. If you recognize either individual, please contact the Owasso Police Tipline at 918-272-COPS (2677). As always, tips can remain anonymous.
