06/09/2017 – Owasso Police were honored to assist the Collinsville Police Department in escorting fallen soldier, Michael Jack (Collinsville), from his honor services at Reynolds Funeral Home in Collinsville, through Owasso towards his final resting place.
Owasso Police and Fire Department personnel stopped for a tribute above the 96th Street North overpass as Jack, his family and friends and the Patriot Guard passed in the escort procession.
