On Friday, January 13th 2017 at approximately 3PM the Owasso Police SWAT Team and members of the Northeastern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force served a search warrant at a home near 13100 N 91 E Ave in Collinsville, OK.
The warrant was served to recover firearms and electronics believed to have been stolen during a recent burglary at a home in Owasso on January 9th. Multiple firearms and electronics were recovered as a result of the raid. Also discovered inside the home were quantities of Methamphetamine and Marijuana.
Additional firearms from the January 9th burglary were recovered from a traffic stop during the evening of January 12th that interrupted northbound traffic near the 9000 block of US169. Arrested during the raid was 22yo Aric Le of Owasso and 20yo Kayla Steward of Collinsville. Arrested as a result of the traffic stop on January 12th was 31yo Brandi Pestel of Collinsville, 20yo Tyler Smithee of Collinsville and 32yo Bryan Spradlin of Collinsville.
29yo Justin Scott of Collinsville was arrested at an Owasso home during the evening of January 12th after he was found in possession of another firearm stolen from the original burglary, he too was found to be in possession of quantities of Methamphetamine as well as unprescribed narcotic pills.
Information gained during these arrests lead investigators to believe these incidents and narcotics are tied to recent Methamphetamine Laboratory raids conducted by Owasso and Collinsville Police in Collinsville.
