OwPD Detectives are asking for help in identifying this person of interest, believed to be involved in the theft of a motorcycle from the Brookwood Apartment Complex, near 86th St N and N Main St, in the early morning hours of April 26th.
The subject is a heavy-set bald, or shaved head, male, approximately 6 feet tall with tattoos on both arms. The theft involved a grey pick-up truck with large vertical stripes on the tailgate.
