“09-01-2015 at approximately 3PM Owasso Police responded to an unrelated service call at a residence located at 13301 E 91st St N in Owasso. Upon officers arrival they observed indications of drug use and manufacture inside the home, and a search warrant was obtained for the property. Officers later served the search warrant and discovered a marijuana grow operation inside the home. In addition to plants, lighting, ventilation and paraphernalia, Officers also discovered marijuana packaged for sale or distribution. Officers also located prescription medication (without scripts). The resident of the home, 55yo Mark Allen Self of Owasso, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute (After Former Conviction of a Felony), Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS without Tax Stamp Affixed, and Cultivation of CDS. Self was taken to the Tulsa County Jail.”
