OWASSO RAM FOOTBALL
The Junior Elite RCC Summer Conditioning Program starts on Monday, June 23 and runs through July 25. This a summer conditioning program for any Ram Footballer in Grades 6-9 for the 2014-2015 school year.
Weight Lifting Fundamentals, Speed and Agility Training, and Football Skills are covered in this program.
The RCC Program is conducted at the Wellness Center on the campus of Owasso High School under the direction of Coach Patterson and the Varsity Football Staff.
Athletes need to come dressed for athletic activity.
Cost for the program is $110.
Times are 10am – 11:30am.
