On 10/28/2015, at approximately 1:15 PM, Owasso Officers were dispatched to a person reportedly passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle near 106th ST N and E 145 E Ave. When officer arrived on scene, the driver fled on foot into a wooded area resulting in a foot pursuit. As a precaution, nearby schools were briefly places on external lock down, including Northeast Elementary and Hodson Elementary.

The suspect was apprehended within minutes and the school lock down was lifted once the suspect was in custody. It was determined that the vehicle driven by the suspect had been reported stolen and suspected illegal drugs were recovered from inside.
Jonathan Angieri (age 30) of Broken Arrow was arrested for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Trespassing.
