Delaney Carlson – Hodson Elementary
For more than a decade, the Tulsa Health Department and Hillcrest HealthCare System have joined together to educate our community on ways to stay healthy by protecting themselves from the flu and other communicable diseases. Don’t Bug Me is a fun campaign designed to equip elementary students with the tools to keep the spread of the germs at a minimum.
This morning, Hodson Elementary third grader, Delaney Carlson, was named winner of the 1 – 3 grades Don’t Bug Me poster contest. Hillcrest HealthCare System and the Tulsa Health Department presented Delaney with an Amazon Fire tablet and a framed version of her poster in front of her class.
