01/25/2023 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol is reporting an injury collision that occurred on January 25th at approximately 12:21 pm on North Memorial Dr, 1/10th of a mile south of 156th Street North, 1 mile west of Collinsville, OK in Tulsa County.
Crystal Hall 18 of Owasso was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado northbound on Memorial Drive and departed the roadway right for an unknown reason. She then overcorrected and rolled several times before coming to rest on the driver’s side. Hall was transported by Collinsville EMS to St John Hospital in Tulsa, OK. She was admitted in critical condition with head and trunk internal injuries.
