08/12/2019 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred August 12th at approximately 12:31 P.M. on 155th East Avenue and 96th Street North, in Rogers County.
A 2000 Ford F150 driven Dorothy Fink, age 79, of Owasso, was traveling north on 155th East Avenue and departed the roadway right for an unknown reason. She then traveled approximately ½ mile, departed the roadway left and struck a culvert before coming to rest upon a gas meter. Fink was pinned and extricated by Owasso Fire using extrication tools.
She was transported by Owasso EMS to St. John Hospital in Tulsa and admitted in critical condition with head, trunk external, trunk internal, arm and leg injuries.
