Owasso’s Bailey Medical Center Named One of Modern Healthcare’s 100 Best Places to Work in HealthCare for a Fourth Time
Owasso, OK – Bailey Medical Center has been named one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare by Modern HealthCare Magazine for a fourth consecutive year. The hospital ranked 35th on the list of all hospitals and 6th in the small hospital category.

To identify the top 100 places to work, Modern Healthcare surveyed employers and employees using a methodology that asks questions related to company policies and practices, benefits, demographics, work environment, leadership and planning, and culture and communication.
Modern Healthcare released the list of 100 Places to Work in HealthCare in alphabetical order earlier this year and revealed the ranked order at a banquet in Nashville, TN on October 14.
Located at 106th and North Garnett, Bailey Medical Center (BMC) is a 73-bed acute care hospital serving Owasso and the surrounding communities. BMC provides a wide range of services, including 24-hour emergency care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, obstetrics, cardiology, orthopedics, medical weight loss, sleep medicine, as well as imaging, laboratory and rehabilitation services.
Bailey Medical Center has also been named one of the 100 Best Places to Work in HealthCare by Becker’s Hospital Review for five consecutive years, beginning in 2011.
