Pamalah Kaye Wright was born April 9, 1946, in Corsicana, Texas, to Jack Arthur Hearn and Billie Ruth Haynes Hearn. She died Tuesday, April 15, 2025, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, at the age of 79 years. Pam was reared and educated in Malakoff, Texas, and was a graduate of Malakoff High School. She continued her studies through business school. Pam’s working career touched a variety of areas throughout her life, such as owning and operating her own daycare center. She worked for Owasso Public Schools as secretary at Ator Heights Elementary School. Later in life, she worked as a greeter at Sam’s.
Pam was a strong woman of faith and had been a member of Bethel Baptist Church, then Grace Baptist Church, both in Owasso, and recently at Southeast Baptist Church in Tulsa. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including playing games and listening to Gospel music. She was an avid fan of her beloved Texas Longhorns and enjoyed watching their games. Pam dearly loved her family and attending the activities of her kids and grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Billie Hearn
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Dean Tucker officiating. Final resting place will be at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
