Patricia Lynn Wheeler, resident of Owasso passed to her heavenly home on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the age of 51 years. Patricia was born July 28, 1964 in Tulsa, OK to Donald and Vernia Lillian (Hilburn) Roberts. She was raised and received her education in Tulsa, graduating from East Central High School. On June 5, 1982, she and Brian Lee Wheeler were united in marriage. They made their home in Tulsa until 1984, when they moved to Owasso and establish their home. Patricia worked for SemGroup as an accounting assistant; was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Owasso. She loved being “Mimi” to her grandchildren and enjoyed helping match people and pets.
Those that survive and hold many cherished memories include her husband – Brian of the home; children Matthew Lee Wheeler and wife Peyton of Tulsa, Joshua Lynn Wheeler and wife Taylor of Owasso, Cody Alan Matthew and wife Colleen of Owasso and Stephanie LeAnn Loderhose and husband Jon also of Owasso. Patricia is also survived by her mother – Vernia Roberts of Collinsville, her grandchildren – Charlie, Mackenzie, Parker, Julian, Max and Lucas; as well as two brothers and two sisters. She was preceded in death by her father.
Visitation for Patricia will be 4pm – 8pm Thursday, November 5 at Mowery Funeral Service with Funeral services at 10:30 AM Friday, November 6, 2015 in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church, Owasso. Burial will follow at the Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery, Owasso.
