Patsy Joyce Parks was born on November 7, 1951, in Denison, Texas to Johnny G. Barnett and Bobbie (Clement) Barnett. She passed from this life on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years. Patsy was raised and educated in Durant, Oklahoma and graduated with the Durant High School Class of 1970. She went on to attend classes at Southeastern State College in Durant. Patsy spent most of her working life as the purchasing manager and held various medical jobs at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa for over 26 years. She was married on November 28, 1998, in Tulsa to Vincent Parks. In her spare time, Patsy enjoyed reading and gardening, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Fairview Cemetery in Owasso, Oklahoma.
