Bret Michaels to perform in Tulsa on July 30
Poison singer returns to The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa
TULSA, Okla. – Multiplatinum rock star Bret Michaels is set to perform at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa on July 30.
Tickets start at $40 and go on sale on June 4. 
As the front man for Poison, Michaels led the band to the top of the music charts with more than 25 million records sold and 15 singles peaking in the top 40, including “Talk Dirty to Me,” “Nothing But a Good Time,” “Something to Believe In” and the No. 1 smash hit “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.”
As a solo artist, Michaels has released four albums, including 2010’s “Custom Built.” The album became his first solo effort to peak at No. 1, hitting the top spot on both the indie and hard rock charts. The album featured the Miley Cyrus duet “Nothing to Lose,” as well as “Lie to Me” and the Sublime cover “What I Got.”
When the rock star is not touring, he can be found making an appearance on numerous television shows. Michaels starred in three seasons of his VH1 reality show “Rock of Love.” He also starred in, and won, “Celebrity Apprentice 3.” The star’s latest television endeavor was “Rock My RV with Bret Michaels” on Travel Channel.
In 2013, Michaels released the album “Jammin’ With Friends.” The album features numerous legendary artists, who are also close friends of Michaels’, including Joe Perry (Aerosmith), Loretta Lynn, Jimmy Buffet, Ace Frehely (Kiss), Michael Anthony (Van Halen) and members of Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Michael’s most recent album, “True Grit,” was released on May 5, 2015. The album features the single “Girls On Bars,” which recently became the highest-viewed music video on cmt.com.
