OWASSO, OK 02/12/2017 – The City of Owasso Public Works department will be closing North Mingo Road near East 106th Street North to facilitate a railroad crossing replacement.
The road will be closed beginning Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 6:00 a.m. The road is expected to re-open on Friday, February 17, 2017.
