During January 2015, Rejoice Christian Schools (RCS) preschool students raised money for Rejoice Bilingual Academy in Tanda, Ivory Coast in Africa. RCS preschool students donated change to help build the academy a playground.
After the Preschoolers Pennies For Playground collection drive concluded, RCS preschool students enjoyed an animal parade. Students made animal masks and learned about different animals before hosting the parade.
Both Rejoice Christian Schools and 1040i partnered together to open Rejoice Bilingual Academy. The academy opened Sept. 15, 2014, and Ivorian students have the chance to receive a quality Christian-based education through the school.
