Rejoice Christian Schools 8th grade parents and students prepared and served breakfast to the homeless Sunday, January 31.
The RCS families partnered with Tulsa Christian Center Ministries (TCCM), a non-denominational, evangelical organization that works with John 3:16 Mission and other local churches and ministries to reach out to people in the Tulsa community who are marginalized as well as international ministries around the world.
Dr. Nancy Cook, lead pastor of TCCM and a teacher at Rejoice High School, expressed her gratitude for the selfless hearts of the students.
“It was an amazing blessing to have the Rejoice 8th graders and their parents prepare and serve breakfast to our guests,” Cook said. “The students did such a wonderful job ministering to and serving people. We are all so thankful.”
