Richard Lloyd Brown was born January 1, 1954, at the naval hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, to Rowland Victor and Beatrice Lorraine (Burt) Brown. He died Friday, October 23, 2015, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 61 years. Richard completed his secondary education in Owasso, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 1972. He was a veteran of the armed forces having served his country honorably with the United States Air Force. He spent most of his working life as a mechanical designer. Richard was married February 2, 1993, in Las Vegas, Nevada, to Janet Glover. They had made their home in Owasso since that time. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes including traveling, spending time on the computer, and playing chess. He was an exceptional artist, especially with pen and ink.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Bruce McCarty officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
