Sallie Elizabeth “Beth” Bell was born on May 13, 1946, in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Gilbert Treat and Betsy (Slosh) Treat. She passed from this life on Monday, October 4, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years. Beth was raised and educated in Holdenville, but moved to Claremore, Oklahoma after her junior year, and earned her GED from Rogers State University. She was married on June 23, 1989, in Branson, Missouri to William David Bell. Beth spent most of her working life as a school bus driver with Broken Arrow and Catoosa Public Schools for 20 years. She has been a faithful member of Cornerstone Free Will Baptist Church in Owasso for 15 years. Beth had a passion for children and housed multiple children in Foster Care over the years. In her spare time, she enjoyed a variety of past times such as going to garage sales, cooking and baking, and gardening, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Betsy, brother, Ray, sister, Floy, stepbrother, Floyd, and her daughter, Shawna.
Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 8, 2021, at Cornerstone Free Will Baptist Church in Owasso with Pastor Kurtis Linton officiating. Interment will be held at Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service.
