Sally Anne Kelley was born April 9, 1932, in New Haven, Connecticut, to Fred and Eileen (O’Connor) Shirk. She died Sunday, August 9, 2015, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 83 years. Sally attended High School at North Hamden School for Girls in Hamden, Massachusetts, and graduated with the class of 1950. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Skidmore Nursing School in 1953. She was married April 9, 1970, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Richard C. Kelley. Sally spent most of her working life as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatrics department at Hillcrest Hospital. Sally’s greatest memories were the ones made when she and Richard sold their home and began RV’ing together. They would spend half the year in South Padre Island and the other half in Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho. Most important to Sally was spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Richard.
Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 14, 2015, at Saint Therese Catholic Church in Collinsville, Oklahoma with Father Richard Cristler officiating.
