Sandi J. Westbrook was born March 26, 1949, in Collinsville, Oklahoma to Jack T. Hedrick and Norma June (Robertson) Hedrick. She passed from this life on Friday, October 5, 2018, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 69 years. Sandi was raised and educated in Collinsville and graduated with the Collinsville High School Class of 1967. After High school Sandi attended classes at the University of Tulsa, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, and the University of Michigan. She spent most of her working for QuikTrip, starting out in the mail room and retiring as CFO after 44 years. Sandi was married to Frank T. Westbrook in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 8, 1986. She loved the Lord and faithfully attended various churches around the community. She had variety of pastimes such as gardening, dabbling in cooking and baking, reading, and spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Norma, sister, Brenda, and her brother, Terry.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Mowery Funeral Service. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 11, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Owasso with Pastor Chris Wall officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Sandi’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105 or Tulsa Area United Way, 1430 South Boulder Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74119.
