Shirley Ann Rose was born May 5, 1940, in Pawnee, Oklahoma, to Edgar Raymond and Stella Mae Hale Chambers. She died Thursday, October 19, 2017, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 77 years. Shirley was reared and educated in Pawnee where she completed her secondary education. She spent most of her working life as a homemaker caring for her family. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including working puzzles, reading, and crocheting. She also enjoyed watching her favorite television shows and going to the movies. Simple things to relax was a good cup of coffee, holding babies, and birdwatching, especially blue birds and hummingbirds. Most important to her were her grandkids, whom she loved and adored, and could always put a smile on her face.
