Stephanie Kay Dees was born April 9, 1981, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Gary Don Rofkahr and Karen Renee’ Fruechting Rofkahr. She died Thursday, May 4, 2023, in Sperry, Oklahoma, at the age of 42 years. Stephanie was loved and admired by everyone who met her. She was loved most by her children, family, and friends. Stephanie loved her family, her friends, eating good food, yoga, traveling, especially to the beach, and Romantic Comedies. She was a quiet soul with a sweet spirit. She cared deeply for others, a true reflection of Jesus. Her infectious smile was warm and welcoming to all that encountered her. Her life was well lived , and her life will be well missed. Stephanie completed her secondary education in Owasso, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 1999. She continued her education attending Tulsa Community College. Stephanie spent her professional career as a medical assistant with Utica Park Clinic. She was a faithful member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Owasso. She was also active with the Mental Health Association of Oklahoma.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Owasso with Pastor Blake Altman, Kerwin Dees, and Mike Brose speaking. Serving as casket bearers will be Chris Wehner, Brenan Fulton, Mike Brose, Jason Sheffield, addison dees, and Preston Dees. The family will have a committal service and interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, Oklahoma.
