Teresa Ann “Tina” Mainard was born February 10, 1952, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Vernon Clarence and Wilma May Engling Hodge. She died Saturday, December 16, 2017, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 65 years. Tina was married August 16, 1968, in Oklahoma City to David Dean Mainard. She spent much of her working life as a nail technician and was the owner operator of The Crystal Nail Room in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including China painting and at one time was the youngest international China painting teacher. She had been a faithful member of Discovery Bible Fellowship in Collinsville, Oklahoma.

Great grandchildren; Joeleigh Mainard and Skylar Mainard
Brother; Lynn Hodge and wife Cheryl
Son-in-law; Tom Baraga
And a host of other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, daughter, Angela Baraga and granddaughters, Lacie and Hannah.
