02/26/2020 – A swearing-in ceremony took place Wednesday afternoon at City Hall for Owasso’s three newest Police Officers.
Walter Riddle, Chris Harmon and Haylea Broughton had their official Swearing-In Ceremony and Oath of Office front of family, friends and fellow coworkers.
Officer Harmon has had extensive law enforcement experience in both Lawton, OK and Alaska.
Officers Riddle and Broughton are new to the field.
This brings our total officers to 60, with Broughton being Owasso 6th female officer on the force.
