Troy Vernon Isaacs was born on October 19, 1939, in Ada, Oklahoma to Luther Bartley Isaacs and Eunice Neoma (Selph) Isaacs. He passed from this life on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at his home in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years. Troy was raised and educated in Sperry, Oklahoma and graduated with the Sperry High School Class of 1957. He was married on November 16, 1956, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Shirley (Bishop) Isaacs. Troy spent most of his working life serving his country honorably in the United States Navy, where he retired as Senior Chief Petty Officer in 1986, after 24 years of service. After retirement, he worked as an instructor at Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa from 1987-2004. He is survived by:
