Owasso Police Dept. will be having their Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 31st between 6PM and 8PM in the south lot of the Owasso Municipal Building, located at 111 N Main St. 
Lot’s of spooky police cars, police officers, awesome lights and CANDY! All in a safe, controlled environment. See you there!
