The Owasso Victims Impact Panel is a program for offenders charged with or convicted of driving under the influence and/or other drug charges. This program is conducted and in compliance with Title 22 Oklahoma Statutes Section 991a(H)(3). It is open to the public free of charge.
Attendees will hear from speakers and experience stories related to the consequences of drinking and driving. This program is designed to generate awareness about actions and provide a unique perspective of potential consequences to drinking and driving or drug use. It works to encourage growth and change among participants.
This program is not designed for children. A parent or legal guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 18 in order to attend due to the nature of some of the material.
